Argentina is a mosaic of extraordinary landscapes, but also of cultures that endure. Gauchos keeping centuries-old traditions alive, indigenous communities preserving their heritage, music resonating in every region, and everyday rituals that turn into unforgettable experiences for those who share them.

Your first taste of Buenos Aires

The journey begins in Buenos Aires, and far from being just another big city, it offers your first deep connection with the Argentine culture. You stay in Recoleta, one of its most elegant neighbourhoods, and explore it on foot with a local guide. You discover its history, architecture, and the iconic cemetery where key national figures are laid to rest.

You also navigate the Paraná Delta, an unexpected natural escape just minutes from the city, and visit neighbourhoods like La Boca and San Telmo, full of character, street art, and local energy. The day ends with an intimate dinner and tango show — a real and heartfelt introduction to the spirit of this city.

Iberá: across the wetlands, from land to sky

You travel north and the landscape changes completely. You arrive at the Iberá Wetlands, one of the most incredible natural reserves in the country. Your stay is in family-run lodges inside the park, surrounded by wildlife and hosted by people who live in harmony with their environment. You explore the wetlands from every angle: by boat, on horseback, by e-bike, and even from above on a private scenic flight. You cross shallow lagoons in horse-drawn canoes, a traditional gaucho method still in use, and learn about rewilding efforts that are bringing species like the jaguar and the red macaw back to their native habitat. It’s raw nature, but also a deeply human experience.

Misiones: culture, jungle and Iguazú Falls

From Iberá you head northeast, to the province of Misiones, a region defined by subtropical jungle, rich biodiversity, and strong cultural roots. You visit a working yerba mate plantation, sharing stories and flavours with local producers who keep this tradition alive.

You stay in a nature lodge, walk jungle trails, discover hidden waterfalls, and navigate the Paraná River, one of South America’s great waterways, to reach remote corners of the landscape. The journey culminates at Iguazú Falls, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World, which you experience from both the Argentine and Brazilian sides in a truly unforgettable way.

The Pampas: countryside life and farewell

The final chapter takes you to the Pampas region, just outside Buenos Aires, where you stay at the family estancia of your host, Fran. This isn’t just a place to sleep — it’s a rural home with history, where the rhythms of country life and the warmth of Argentine hospitality come together naturally. These last days invite you to slow down: horseback ride to the river, enjoy the outdoors, join in traditional activities, rest, and share homemade meals. The farewell comes with an asado under the stars — a simple, meaningful closing to a journey that stays with you long after it ends.
